Returning goods – how do I return my order?

Returns can only be made by post. When you return your order by post, we recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit. No refund will be given on goods or postal charge for goods going missing during transit. Goods must be returned back in secure packaging. Please return the goods to the following address with a copy of your invoice attached: LSL, 30 Windsor Rd, Enfield, Middx, EN3 6RF London


Replacement of Faulty, Defective or Damaged Goods or Items Sent in Error 

All goods are sent out in secure packaging, however they can be damaged during delivery. We will replace any goods damaged in transit, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, either by phone on 01992-851052 or 07944-231477 or by sending us an e-mail to .

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

   Saturday              9am to 3pm

All goods returned must be in their original packaging if applicable, with a copy of your invoice and must be securely packed within the protective outer packaging to minimize damage during transit.

We will let you know whether faulty, defective or damaged goods, or items sent in error, should be returned to us, either by yourself through your own carrier or Royal Mail, or if we are able to arrange collection through our carrier.


Before delivery – change or cancel an order



If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer services team on 01992-851052 or 07944-231477  (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 3pm) call charges may vary by network. Please have your order number to hand. But in the unlikely event if the product has been delivered then the buyer will be responsible for delivery and return costs. A full refund can only be given on the product once received in original condition and packaging.
