These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website to place an order from London Stationery Ltd. By ordering/purchasing goods from LSL you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
The supplier of the goods featured is London Stationery Ltd, Enfield, Middlesex. We are registered with Companies House, Reg :9851890. You must only use this website for lawful purposes, and you must not use it in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else or that restricts or inhibits anyone else’s enjoyment of the website. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business then you must have the required authority to do so.

You may use, download and print content on the website solely for your own personal use or internal business purposes. Other than for your own personal use or internal business purposes, you will need to require consent from London Stationery Limited.
You warrant that any personal or business information you provide to us during the registration process is current, true and accurate in all aspects and that you will notify us of any changes to your personal information by using the My Account section of the website.
We offer Free Standard, Royal mail 2nd class delivery on all orders successfully processed by 14:30pm and will be delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. You can opt to receive goods by 1st class by paying the extra surcharge.
Returning Goods – how do I return my order?
Returns can only be made by post. When you return your order by post, we recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit. No refund will be given on goods or postal charge for goods going missing during transit. Goods must be returned back in secure packaging. Please return the goods to the following address with a copy of your invoice attached:

Replacement of Faulty, Defective or Damaged Goods
All goods are sent out in secure packaging, however they can be damaged during delivery. We will replace goods damaged in transit, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, either by phone on 01992-851052 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 3pm
All goods returned must be in their original packaging where applicable with a copy of your invoice, and must be securely packed within protective outer packaging material to minimize damage during transit.
We will let you know whether faulty, defective or damaged goods, or items sent in error, should be returned to us, either by yourself through your own carrier or Royal Mail, or if we are able to arrange collection through our carrier.
Before Delivery – change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer services team on 01992-851052 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm) call charges may vary by network. Please have your order number to hand.
In the unlikely event if the product has been delivered the buyer will be responsible for delivery and return charge. A full refund can only be given on the product once received in original condition and packaging.
